Smells like glycerine

The individual packs are fragrant and used to smell like sandalwood. The multipacks smell only like glycerine. Now it could be a problem with a particular batch but the company doesn’t respond to emails asking a fair resolution. Someone needs to teach them the basic of brand value - a brand is only as valuable as its service.
