If you look at the product page and check the ingredients section, you’ll notice that all the listed ingredients are natural, leading you to assume that these are the only ingredients in the bottle of shampoo. However, to my surprise, when I received the bottle and checked the ingredients, it contained the same chemicals found in any regular shampoo. This includes sodium lauryl sulfate, which is a major contributor to hair fall and thinning. The product page does not disclose these chemicals, which is misleading.
Because of this deception, I will never purchase from Khadi again, and I would not recommend their shampoo or any of their products to anyone.
When you read the ingredients on this product page you’ll see all the listed ingredients are natural and would assume that this is a very good product and those are the only ingredients involved.
But when i received the bottle i was surprised that they didn’t mention all the chemicals present in the shampoo, most importantly “sodium laurel sulphate “ which is the main cause of hair-fall and thinning.
Never buying from KHADI again and not recommending to anyone!
Not controlling dandruff only controls hairfall. Overall good to use
I am giving this review not for the product I bought but on how the company care for their customer and how they do the business.
I used to order from Khadi Natural when I was living in India. I ordered more than 5000 INR products from the company website during my Indian visit.
When I ordered there was a discount going on some of the products (buy one and get one). Few of my items had the buy one get one offer.
When I added the products it was not clearly mentioned at the check out that I have to manually add the free item in order to get it, also you can not see the full view at checkout to verify the products and all other information because it only gave me very small display ( side display )where you can see all the details. That is why I thought that the buy one get one item will be added automatically. When I did not receive the free item then I reached out to company by sending them an email.The replied me with screen shot taken on their website front page that the free products need to added manually.
I do not care for the free products.I have used the products in the past and I like the products but I do not like the way company care for their customer. Please make sure to check all the details before ordering and paying for the order.
